I started my weight loss journey on 7/11/2023 on my own. By April of 2024 I was stuck. I had lost 20 pounds on my own but couldn't seem to lose anymore. Thats when my husband and I joined the fit fam. We learned so much. I got past my stand still losing an additional 15 pounds while on the strict diet. Of course, once the program was over, I slacked. However, I still had mind set on my goal, and I still learned so much from them. I just needed to remind myself this is what caused me to get where I was to start with. So, I picked back up where I left off. Pushing hard even when I didn't want to. With focus and determination, I have hit my goal. Even if it was a year and a half later. I am not as strong as I want to be, but I am fit and firm. Next goal is to gain muscle, I want to have more definition in my muscles. (I think my abs got lost on their way to my stomach because I have two muscles on my side that look like abs lol). I hope to do more work with Chad Wilhelm and Lacy Wilhelm. They helped me reach my goal and I know with them I can reach my next goal. Ask yourself "How bad do you want it?" because if you want it, you'll do it. If you don't truly want it, you're not going to do the work.
